RULES AND REGULATIONS

Parking passes are required to park in the lot, up to 2 vehicles per condo

No parking for buses, RVs, snowmobiles, or large trailers
-
Only owners and immediate family member's pets are allowed, a maximum of 2
-
Hot tub hours are 10am to 10pm, unless otherwise posted
-
Indoor hot tubs are reserved for owners (as named on the property deed,) and owner’s immediate family members
-
Only electric grills allowed. The use of any type of open flame grill, barbeque cooking device, heating device or fire pits
on balconies or elevated walkways is prohibited.This includes use of these items under any overhanging
(covered) portion of the structure or within ten feet of any structure. -
Personal property may not be kept in common areas

Firewood must be stacked in the garage or balcony of a unit; no firewood in hallways
-
Non-compliance with the Rules and Regulations may result in a $50 per day fine after notice of the infraction
